Terms & Conditions

 

1. Outside food, drink, or other services are not allowed inside the hotel premises.

2. No activities or services are included in the package. This can be availed by paying the resort in direct cash.

3. Drivers/attendants/pets not permitted inside the Resort. It is on chargeable basis.

4. Any damage caused to the property, including trampling of plants, will be chargeable.

5. The guests will be bound by all the house rules, regulations, and laws during their stay.

6. This costing is according to the minimum person, the no of a person decreases cost would be up and if increased the person’s cost would be the same.

7. Minimum Guarantee (MG): refers to the minimum number of persons to be paid for. In case, the actual number of attendees on the day of the event is less than the MG, there will be no refund of any kind. If the person will increase, you will pay by cash on the event date.

8. Above price is subject to availability

9. AC will not operate on Hills.

10. Vehicles are on Disposal from Station to Station or Airport to Airport.

11. You are requested to provide the hard copies of the hotel vouchers at the time of Check –

12. Check-in time is 12:00/1400 hours, and the Check -out time is 10:00/1200 hours

13. Early arrival and late departure are subject to the availability of rooms.

14. Any Guest would demand anything apart from this itinerary. So it’s liable to pay by the Client.

15. Management/ tour operator will not be responsible for roadblocks for any reason like snow, rain, landslide, etc., and the advance will remain non-refundable. However, advance can be adjusted in future bookings.

16. Rates mentioned above are valid for Indian nationals only until and unless specified along with quotation.

17. The quotations are given without holding any confirmed reservations in the airlines, hotels, cruises, or transport. Once the quotation is accepted by the guest and the advance amount is deposited in Cheque/cash to process the reservation, the booking is processed at our end. In case we are unable to get the confirmations, then the deposited amount shall be refunded to the guest. For the packages which are booked under our Airline Group Packages, the airline tickets might be delivered 2 days before the departure of the group.

18. Base category rooms will be booked in Hotels until and unless specified in the quotation. In case the rooms are not available in the selected hotel, rooms shall be booked in a similar hotel or higher category rooms where you had to pay the differences.

19. Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation only and new tickets are issued under new applicable fare at the time of issuance of ticket & cancellation charges are applicable for the cancelled tickets as per airline policy.

20. Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated to us in writing, and amended confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels on requested dates. The cancellation policy shall be applicable in such a case.

21. In a tour package, no refund shall be made for unutilized services. It is at the guest’s discretion whether to take service or not.

22. Please carry your valid Identity proof card (passport in case of international travel) containing your photograph as it is required at the airport and during check-in at hotels. Pan Card is not valid identity proof, so please don’t carry that with you.

23. The check-in and check-out time of most hotels is 02 PM to 12 PM, and the number of meals, including breakfast, is always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.

24. Early check-in and late check-out payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.

25. Mornis Camps & Resort can assist you in processing your visa for international travel but can’t assure your visa. In case of failure of the visa process, the cancellation policy will be applicable and will be charged to the client.

26. In the case of international travel, rates may vary based on changes in ROE or any other fluctuation in the international market or subject to availability.

27. Tempo traveler / another vehicle meter reading will be counted from garage to garage.

28. Passengers are not allowed throw waste inside the car /taxi. If they do so, cleaning costs of Rs 600/ – be paid extra.

29. Slow music is allowed in cars, passengers are requested not to force drivers to loud music. As per Govt. rule, loud music in hilly areas or wildlife sanctuaries is not allowed * if challan is being charged then passengers/guests have to pay the plenty.

30. Guests/passengers are requested not to misbehave with taxi/car drivers. In such a case, MORNIS INTERNATIONAL LLP is authorized to cancel the onward journey of the guest or complete the trip with a ZERO amount to be refunded.

31. All adventure activities depend upon weather conditions, in any circumstances, we are not liable.

32. If there is any delay in departure due to any client, or if we face any liability, then the client will be charged for all expenses.

33. We can change the itinerary according to the situation, i.e. Natural Calamity, Delay in Government approvals, local area tensions, etc.

34. Guest is requested not to misuse the facilities provided in the hotel i.e LCD, Phone, furniture, etc. for any loss or damage/breakage of hotel property guests will be charged directly.

36. On accepting this quotation, you accept that you have read the complete package information and agree with the booking terms & conditions, payment policy, and cancellation policy. You accept the tour package, and your payment will consider an acknowledgment that you satisfy with the above information.

EXCLUSIONS:-

1. Camera, alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages, bottled water and starters

2. Services of the vehicle on leisure days and for sightseeing not included in the itinerary

3. Entrance fees at all tourist attractions or any activities fees apart from inclusions

4. Peak Season Charges

5. Medical and Travel Insurance

6. All personal expenses, optional tours and extra meals

7. Anything not mentioned under “Inclusions”

8. Goods and Services Tax

 

NOTES:-

 

1. Complimentary services for children below 5 years will be at the hotels only and will be chargeable if any additional service is availed apart from the services offered.

2. The complimentary child will not be given any additional seat in the vehicle; the guests will have to adjust them in the same vehicle.

3. AC will not work in hill areas or stopped/parked vehicle.

4. The vehicle will run only till the point it is allowed in a particular destination; the guest who wants to travel/visit beyond that point will have to arrange the local transport by him/herself.

5. If Gala dinner on a selected date is mandatory in the hotel opted, the same will be directly payable by the guest and will be as per the hotel’s policy.

 

PAYMENT POLICY:-

 

1. Flight Fare + 25% booking amount of ground package cost to initiate a booking if the travel date is more than 30 days from the booking date.

2. 75% amount of ground cost (excluding flight cost), after all, confirmation/holding regarding your booking.

3. Full payment is required, before 10 days of the travel date.

4. If the package is booked within 10 days of the travel date, 100 % amount of the total tour cost after all confirmation/holding regarding your booking.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:-

 

1. More than 30 days of travel date 20% of ground package cost

2. 30 to 21 days before the travel date 40% of ground package cost

3. 20 to 15 days before the travel date 60% of ground package cost

4. 14 to 10 days before the travel date 80% of ground package cost

5. 10 days before the travel date 100% of ground package cost

6. Flight cancellation as per airlines policy + service charge + tax.

7. Cruise cancellation as per cruise policy + service charge + tax.

8. Visa cost total non-refundable once visa processed.

9. Payment is non-refundable if hotels are non-refundable.
